If the app misbehaves or something breaks, write to dev@potenlab.dev. Telling us which device you use and which 차시 it happened in makes it much faster to find.

계정이 없는데 기록은 어떻게 남나요 · There is no login — how is my progress kept?
가입 절차가 없습니다. 앱을 처음 열면 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어지고, 학습 기록은 그 계정에 묶입니다. 이름도 이메일도 묻지 않습니다.
There is no sign-up. An anonymous account is created the first time the app opens, and your progress is attached to it. You are never asked for a name or an email.
로그인이 없기 때문에 그 계정은 지금 설치된 앱에만 연결돼 있습니다. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 기록을 다시 열 수 없습니다.
Because there is no login, the account is tied to this install alone. Delete the app or change phone and the record cannot be opened again.
마이크가 동작하지 않아요 · The microphone does not work
설정 → SORIRO → 마이크 권한이 켜져 있는지 확인해주세요. 마이크는 녹음하는 동안에만 켜집니다. 녹음 중에는 기준 음원이 재생되지 않기 때문에, 조용한 곳에서 부르면 채점이 더 정확합니다.
Check Settings → SORIRO → Microphone. The microphone is on only while you are recording. No reference audio plays during a take, so singing somewhere quiet gives a more accurate score.
가사 점수가 준비중으로 나와요 · 가사 shows “준비중” instead of a score
가사 정확도는 자동으로 채점하지 않습니다. (사)세계판소리협회가 직접 듣고 매기며, 그때까지는 점수 대신 준비중으로 표시됩니다. 추측한 숫자를 보여주지 않기 위한 것입니다.
Lyric accuracy is not scored automatically. The World Pansori Association scores it by ear, and until then the axis reads 준비중 rather than a number — we would rather show nothing than a guess.
기록을 지우고 싶어요 · Deleting your data
설정 → 내 기록 삭제. 닉네임, 진도, 모든 도전 기록, 모든 녹음이 서버에서 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
설정 → 내 기록 삭제 (Settings → Delete my data). Your nickname, progress, every attempt and every recording are erased from the server and cannot be recovered.
‘로그아웃’은 다릅니다. 이 기기에서 새 학습자로 시작할 뿐, 서버의 기록을 지우지는 않습니다.
‘로그아웃’ is a different thing: it starts a fresh learner on this device and does not erase anything on the server.
